The current James Bond says he will not pass down his estimated $145 million cash to his adult daughter and his young child because he thinks that ‘inheritance is quite distasteful.’

AceShowbizDaniel Craig won’t be leaving his fortune to his kids, insisting he plans to live life large and then leave what’s left to charity.

The current James Bond, who has an estimated $145 million (£125 million) fortune, won’t be giving his children hand-outs, claiming his philosophy is to “get rid of it or give it away before you go.”

The 52-year-old tells Saga magazine, “I don’t want to leave great sums to the next generation. I think inheritance is quite distasteful.”

Daniel has a 28-year-old daughter from his marriage to ex-wife Fiona Loudon and a young child with his current partner, actress Rachel Weisz.

His Bond cash will dry up this year following five 007 adventures after telling fans “No Time to Die“, which hits cinemas at the end of the year, will be his last movie for the franchise.

During a recent appearance on “Saturday Night Live“, Craig, who also played Ian Fleming’s beloved secret agent in “Casino Royale“, “Quantum of Solace“, “Skyfall” and “Spectre“, said, “This next James Bond film is going to be my last but it’s gonna be one of the best.”
