AceShowbiz – Ellen Pompeo‘s daughter is making wave on the Internet for her adorable ranting. On Sunday, April 5, the “Grey’s Anatomy” star shared online a rare video of her 5-year-old daughter as the young girl suggested social distancing practice to deal with her “annoying” younger brother.
In the short clip uploaded on Instagram, Sienna May could be seen complaining about how 3-year-old Eli Christopher kept on “testing” her. “[He] is so annoying, and it’s just … he keeps testing me,” she said in the beginning of the footage. Her statement prompted her famous mother to ask, “Who keeps testing you?”
To the inquiry, the second child of the 50-year-old actress and her husband Chris Ivery replied, “Eli. He keeps testing me.” She additionally confided, “Even when I was 4, he [would] keep testing me. Even now, I’m 5, he [is] still testing me. Every day, he tests me.”
When asked what they should do about the problem, Sienna stated straightforwardly, “We should separate.” Her answer seemingly impressed her mother who responded, “That’s a great idea – separate! That’s a very good idea. I like that idea.”
Ellen appeared to make use of Sienna’s suggestion to remind people about the importance of social distancing practice as people all around the world are fighting against the global spread of coronavirus. She captioned the adorable video, “Social distancing 101 from Sienna May #micdrop.”
Sienna’s video came a little over two weeks after Ellen let out an appreciation post for “nurses and doctors and all the health-care workers.” In the post, she explained, “Many of us have the privilege to self-quarantine and isolate and try to stay healthy, and none of you have that privilege.”
“You all have to be on the front lines of this thing and what is certainly bad now but will most definitely get worse in the next couple of weeks,” she continued. “So this is just from me and my family to all of you to say thank you. We appreciate you, we love you. Stay safe. Nurses rock, doctors rock, and anyone who works in a hospital or the health-care industry, you rock.”
