AceShowbiz – Halle Berry has transformed a single pillow into one sexy outfit. Taking part in the latest viral challenge designed to pass the time amid the coronavirus lockdown, the “Monster’s Ball” actress steamed up the Internet by posing naked in her backyard and using only the bedding item to cover her modesty.
In the Instagram post dated Wednesday, April 15, the 53-year-old could be seen tying a black pillow to her waist with a matching belt. She completed her look with a pair of dark pumps, sunglasses and a wide brim black hat. “You already KNOW you couldn’t keep me from the #PillowChallenge,” she wrote in addition to a face-with-tears-of-joy emoji.
Berry’s version of the pillow challenge has sent the Internet abuzz. DJ D-Nice hilariously commented, “That’s why I couldn’t find my pillow!” Former UFC star Pearl Gonzalez exclaimed, “This is so good!!! Need to do this.” In response to Gonzalez’s remark, the “Catwoman” star wrote back, “@pearlgonzalez Yass pearl yas!”
Fans of the “John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum” actress also applauded her attempt. One gushed, “I thought that was a real dress…You are good! Lol!!” A second one stated, “That damn pillow looks good asf on you Halle.” A third raved, “But you made this look like the next red carpet best dressed outfit!”
The Oscar winner’s pillow photo came just days after she launched Respin which she described as “a digital health and wellness community from me to you.” In her announcement of the new app, she acknowledged that nutrition, fitness and wellness have transformed her life since she was diagnosed with diabetes at the age of 22.
“I know that we’re all at home right now, and that this time in the world is challenging for each of us in different ways,” she said before inviting fans to join the app, which she noted to be “a work in progress.” She added, “Feel free to use it as a wellness resource, a place to connect, to learn something new or maybe just as a distraction from our surreal circumstances.”
