AceShowbiz – Megan Thee Stallion and Lil Nas X are helping fans on social media cover their bills as people are being encouraged to self-isolate amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The stars took to Twitter on Thursday (March 12) to offer support to fans, with Megan prompting her followers to leave the details for their mobile payment platform CashApp accounts in the comments.
“Hey hotties since y’all have been going so hard supporting me I wanna support y’all and bless them pockets real quick !!!” she said. “We’re abt (about) to have a #SUGASPREE! Drop y’all’s cash app names.”
Meanwhile, posting on his own account “Old Town Road” hitmaker Nas, real name Montero Lamar Hill, added, “Hey guys, drop ur cashapp. Gonna send some of u some money to go get some food then stay inside.”
The support comes after the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared the outbreak of coronavirus, or COVID-19, a pandemic earlier this week. More than 139,000 cases of COVID-19 have been registered worldwide since the outbreak began in December (19), resulting in over 5,100 deaths in total.
