AceShowbizSteve Harwell has been slapped with a court order to stay away from his former fiancee. A little over seven months after she was first reported to have filed a restraining order against the Smash Mouth frontman, Esther Campbell has finally managed to obtain one.

Campbell, per report by TMZ, made a new request for the restraining order recently. Accusing Harwell of verbal and mental abuse, she uncovered in newly-filed documents that the 53-year-old rocker has been battling substance abuse, but fell off the wagon after getting out of rehab.
